Bio:

I was born in Pinecrest growing up as one of the many children in the brothel The Vulgar Unicorn where my mother worked. The boys were encouraged at an early age to take care of themselves whilst the girls were thought other skills.

So I started my criminal career with minor theft together with the other brothel boys. One day when I was practising my pickpocketing skills I was caught in the act by Siali Havain a retired elven rouge now working as a forgerer. For reasons he never revealed he decided to take me under his wing and teach me the skills he learned during his adventuring years. From him I learned, amongst other things, the elven language, swordplay and to appreciate good wine… well I learned to prefer wine over other alcoholic beverages and to distinguish the good from the cheap stuff but he could never break my habit of drinking whatever wine I could lay my hands on. I have many fond memories of growing up in his house in the city where the rooftops were my streets at night.

The Thieves Guild didn’t appreciate Siali’s and my freelancing operations though. One night, when coming back from the Great Library where I’d been stealing the copper plates of the roof, I found Siali slain in our home, the unmistakable work of the Thieves Guild. Knowing that they’d come after me next I opted to flee Pinecrest. Knowing that they’d most likely expect me to take the trade route to Port Silver I decided instead to take the back roads to Eastholm. Surely there would be some opportunity for work or the “acquisition” of resources in such a backwards place.
